Beautiful state park just 10 or 15 minutes from downtown with tons of options for hiking, biking, and camping. We hiked just over 5 miles and 1,400 ft of elevation on the Sulphur Springs trail with a little side jaunt up the Fire Tower trail in about 2.5 hours. Moderately easy hike full of streams, waterfalls, views, and a really cool old dam. Recommend doing the loop counterclockwise as you’ll get repaid for the climb up following the stream on the way down that offers the coolest features of the hike.
