History

Shanti Vana, located in New Delhi, is a beautiful memorial dedicated to the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru. It was inaugurated on 31 January 1964 and is a peaceful place where visitors can pay their respects to Nehru.

Shanti Vana is located in the heart of New Delhi and can be easily reached by taxi, auto-rickshaw, or public transportation. The nearest metro station is Rajiv Chowk, from where you can take a short taxi ride to the memorial.
