Those who dine with us, taking their places at the dedicated sushi counter, are encouraged to place their culinary journey in the hands of our expert chefs. Contrary to widespread misconception, omakase isn’t solely about presenting raw fish. Rather, it encompasses a range of cooking methods and ingredient variety, based totally on the chef’s discretion.
