This is one of the best restaurants in Aruba. It’s an intimate chef’s table tasting menu experience for 20 people. Chef Patrick van der Donk is a really talented chef and very personable. They open the night by chef coming out and meeting everyone and giving them a welcome drink and an amuse bouche. From there you enter the dining area and chef and his wife Ivette are happy to answer an questions about the process, menu or wine. If you are in Aruba is a dining destination that can’t be missed.
