Cathedral Basilica of St. Charles Borromeo is a 260-year old church found in Puno City. Designed in the Andean Baroque style of architecture that is dominant in the area, the Basilica, or the Puno Cathedral as it is commonly called, is the seat of Roman Catholic Diocese of Puno. It is one of the many historically and architecturally significant sites in the city.
