Maksimir Park, also known as Maksimirirski perivoj, is the oldest public park in Zagreb, Croatia. It was established in 1794 by the Bishop Maksimilijan Vrhovac and designed by the landscape architect Friedrich Schmidt. The park covers an area of 316 hectares and is home to a variety of flora and fauna.
Maksimir Park is located in the eastern part of Zagreb and is easily accessible by public transportation. Visitors can take tram lines 11, 12, or 13 to the Maksimir stop, which is located near the park entrance.

Admission to Maksimir Park is free for all visitors. However, there is an entrance fee to visit the Maksimir Zoo.
