History
St. Tola Goat Cheese has a rich heritage rooted in local sustainable farming. The farm was once owned by the grandfather of Siobhán Ní Gháirbhith, who took over the farm in 1999. Since then, the farm has grown from a small industry of 70 goats to one of 350 goats, employing eight people and offering a unique food tourism experience. The farm’s unique cheeses reflect the clean, fresh environment of North Clare, where the goats graze on fresh grass pastures during the summer months and rich haylage during the winter.

St. Tola Goat Cheese Farm is conveniently located near Inagh, just south of the Burren. The farm is easily accessible by car, and visitors can use the Wild Atlantic Way as a guide.
