Pins usually ship out the same day. Other custom items usually takes up to 3 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical window is between 5-7 days with USPS.

You can create an account during checkout or from the account page on the site. An account lets you view order history, save shipping details, and check order status.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order ships, the address cannot be changed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination.

We ship inside the USA only from this website. If you wish to for something to be sent international please visit my etsy shop.

If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on size, production timing, and packaging needs. You will receive tracking details for each shipment if items ship separately.

If you need to return or exchange an item

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on unused items in their original condition. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of what arrived. I will make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps me resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct mailing address. Please do not send items back without authorization.

Contact me immediately if you notice an error. If the order has not shipped yet, I can update the address. Once an order ships, address changes are not possible.

Orders can be changed or canceled only if they have not entered production or shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.

Some items may be available for restock or pre-order. If you see something sold out, feel free to contact me and ask about availability.
