The initiative to establish a House of European History was taken by the European Parliament in 2007. The museum officially opened its doors in 2017 inside Eastman Building, a striking example of Art Deco architecture located in Parc Léopold. How to Get There

The museum is located in the European Quarter near the European Parliament. The nearest Metro station is Maalbeek, and the Brussels-Luxembourg train station is also close. Several bus routes stop nearby, including bus lines 12, 21, 22, 27, 34, 38, and 95.
