Cinecittà Osteria Italiana is a venture founded on our commitment to utilize top-quality products with a traceable and certified origin. We aim to minimally process these products to truly highlight their superior taste and attributes— a principle central to traditional Italian cuisine. At Cinecittà, we use fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers with whom we maintain personal relationships. These farmers include Sunny farm for biodynamic animal raising, Aberdeen Angus farm in the village of Sturgel, Omaya Ranch, a Black Angus calf farm in the village of Gaganitsa that emphasizes ecological sustainability, and the largest snails farm in the Balkans, situated in the village of Krushovitsa, Pleven, known as “Adet” farm in the village of Senoklav. Conversely, our non-perishable ingredients are entirely of Italian origin, featuring items such as olive oil, cheeses, salami, and flours. Our culinary team comprises chef Denislav Donchev, chef Ivan Iliev, and the host of our establishment, Domenico Fabiano.
