The charming village of Momchilovtsi is located in the Rhodope Mountains of Bulgaria. It has a rich history dating back to ancient times, with evidence of Thracian settlements in the area. The village was named after the medieval Bulgarian hero Momchil who defended the region from invaders.

How to Get There

Momchilovtsi is easily accessible by car from the city of Plovdiv, which is about a 1-hour drive away. Visitors can also take a bus from Plovdiv to the village, with several daily departures available.
