Maple Branch Craft Brewery is a family-owned craft brewery and beer garden that opened in October 2020 in Fort Worth’s Foundry District. Founded by TCU graduates Stuart and Allyssa Maples, the space features a German-inspired indoor taproom and a sprawling outdoor biergarten, creating a welcoming, community-oriented destination for both locals and visitors.
Try the Raspberry Fields blonde ale—vibrant, fruity, and refreshing—or the robust Romanov’s Revenge Russian Imperial Stout. Pair your beer with a warm pretzel or explore nearby food options from rotating vendors.
Maple Branch blends rustic charm with modern craft sensibility. Inside, the taproom features dark-wood finishes and German beer-hall tables; outside, the sprawling biergarten offers patio seating, greenery, ambient lighting, and a natural escape in the heart of the city.
Most beers range from approximately $6–$9 per pint. The vibe encourages flights, shared snacks, or lingering over conversation in the beer garden.
After years of homebrewing and winning competitions, Stuart Maples transitioned his passion into Maple Branch. Along with Allyssa, they opened the brewery in late 2020, planting roots in the emerging Foundry District and focusing on community, craftsmanship, and authentic experiences.
Drop by during a beer release event—and don’t miss the chance to tour the beer garden. It’s a favorite spot for sunset pints, friendly conversation, and slow Saturdays in Fort Worth.
