Pliska is an ancient city located in Bulgaria that was once the capital of the First Bulgarian Empire. It was founded in the 7th century and served as the political and cultural center of the empire until the 9th century. How to Get There

Pliska is located in Northeastern Bulgaria, approximately 75 kilometers from the city of Varna. The easiest way to reach Pliska is by car, as there are well-maintained roads leading to the archaeological site. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Varna to the nearby town of Pliska and then walk or take a taxi to the archaeological reserve.
