The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius, located in Burgas, Bulgaria, was built to dedicated to the two brothers who brought the Alphabet to the Slavic people. The church was built in 19th century according to the plans of the Italian architect Riccardo Toscani. The holy brothers Cyril and Methodius are depicted in the beautiful stained glass window at the main entrance of the cathedral. The unique frescoes are the work of the famous Bulgarian artists Prof. Gyuzhenov and Kozhuharov, who also painted the frescoes of the church “St. Alexander Nevsky” in Sofia.
