Heim Barbecue
Heim Barbecue
Heim Barbecue in Fort Worth is a must-visit for barbecue lovers, especially known for its burnt bacon ends and brisket. Travis and Emma Heim started it in 2016, growing from a food truck to several locations, with the main spot on Magnolia Avenue. Still one of my favorite BBQ spots in the city of Fort Worth.
History
Heim Barbecue started as a backyard dinner series called T & E MEATclub, focusing on local ingredients and homemade sides. The success of these dinners led to their first restaurant opening with partner Will Churchill. Now, Heim Barbecue is famous for its Texas-style barbecue and is featured in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 Best BBQ in Texas.
