One street, mostly food, in a residential pocket of Zhongshan District. Liaoning is where you go when Raohe and Shilin feel like theme parks — it is small enough to walk in ten minutes and local enough that you will hear no English. Strong on grilled skewers, braised dishes and hot pot, and it stays busy late because the surrounding offices empty into it.
