Mr. Maestas is a cozy little restaurant in Holbrook, Arizona with friendly staff and good food. We had the Navajo taco which was served on fry bread – a nice twist to the taco. We randomly found this place when on a road trip and it’s for sure worth a stop in to try if you are in the area.
