History
The Neamt Fortress is a medieval fortress located in the northeastern part of Romania, near the city of Targu Neamt. It was built in the 14th century by Petru I Musat, the ruler of Moldavia, as a means of defense against invading forces.
How to Get There
Visitors can reach the Neamt Fortress by car or by public transportation. If traveling by car, take the E85 road from Piatra Neamt towards Targu Neamt, and follow the signs to the fortress. For those using public transportation, there are buses and minibusses that connect Piatra Neamt to Targu Neamt.

Ticket Information
Entrance to the Neamt Fortress is free for children under the age of 7, 10 RON for children between 7 and 18 years old, and 15 RON for adults. Guided tours are available for an additional fee.
