Over the river in Sanchong, New Taipei City, this shop has built its reputation on two things: lu rou fan, the minced braised pork over rice that is Taiwan's most ordinary and most argued-about dish, and a pork knuckle that regulars cross the bridge for. Worth the detour if you are already on the Sanchong side; not worth planning a whole evening around unless braised pork is the point of the trip.
