How to Get There: Subway lines B and C at the 81st St. station drop you directly next to the museum. If you are taking 1, 2, or 3 trains, you can disembark at the 72nd St. station and walk north.

Exhibit Halls: Explore a universe of knowledge spread throughout 45 permanent exhibit halls, including dinosaur fossils, a life-sized blue whale model, and a space show at the Hayden Planetarium.
Rose Center for Earth and Space: Don’t miss the stunning 87-foot diameter sphere that appears to float inside a glass cube.

Hours: Open Wednesday through Sunday, from 10 AM to 5:30 PM.

Tickets: The general admission is $23 for adults, $18 for students/seniors, and $13 for children (ages 2-12). There are several options available for additional experiences.

The museum follows a “pay-what-you-wish” policy for tickets purchased at ticket counters.
