History

Located in the town of St. Andrews in Scotland, St. Andrews Cathedral was once the largest church in Scotland and the center of the medieval Catholic Church in the country. The construction of the cathedral began in 1160 and it was completed in 1318. Unfortunately, the cathedral fell into ruin after the Scottish Reformation in the 16th century.
