Basking in nostalgia, Truffle Pigs Bistro & Lodge began its journey as Truffle Pigs Café, situated across the street in the historical Canadian Pacific Railway ‘Siding’. During those early stages, Truffle Pigs not only served as the community’s general store and liquor outlet but also doubled as a vibrant gift shop and an ever-vibrant bistro!
