Walter Peak High Country Farm is nestled on the western shores of Lake Wakatipu, and the best way to reach this stunning spot is by hopping on the TSS Earnslaw steamship. This historic vessel departs from Queenstown’s Steamer Wharf and takes about 45 minutes to cruise across the lake. – Keep in mind that the TSS Earnslaw runs daily, except during its annual maintenance from May 19 to September 8, 2025. During that time, alternative vessels might be used.
