Incredible experience seeing the process of how they grown their olives and process them and other farms around them into olive oil! We got to taste all the olive oils paired with homemade soup, bread, and veggies. Followed by pasta and vanilla ice cream with fresh peaches. The have a family dog named Brugula that is a truffle hunter! The views were incredible and the family was so nice. We had a private transfer take us here and two wineries in the area for tastings. This was by far my favorite part of our time in Tuscany
