San Antonio Botanical Garden
555 Funston Pl, San Antonio, TX 78209, USAB
Posted by Brandon B.AdminThirty-eight acres northeast of downtown, with formal gardens, a conservatory of glass cones by Emilio Ambasz sunk into the ground, and a Texas Native Trail that walks you through the Hill Country, the East Texas pineywoods and the South Texas brush in about twenty minutes. The family garden is better than most. It sits near the Witte and the McNay, which makes a reasonable northern day away from the river.
