Both hailing from Naples, Italy, they chose a name that perfectly encapsulates their food philosophy. “Officina” translates to ‘workshop’ or ‘lab’ in Italian, indicating a place of culinary innovation, while “00” is the highest quality of flour used in pasta creation.
