Posted by Brandon B.AdminA small café on Hernández Macías roasting and pouring Mexican single-origin coffee — largely Chiapas and Veracruz — alongside a breakfast menu that goes well past the standard huevos: chilaquiles with good salsa, eggs with hoja santa, decent bread. It seats perhaps twenty people and does not take reservations, so the wait at nine on a Sunday is real. For a town where a great deal of the coffee is imported and indifferent, it is the obvious correction.
